To ensure you are fully supported as you study your online course, we enrol students in ongoing intakes (depending on demand and availability). This means the next intake is always just around the corner while ensuring you have all the guidance you need with trainers, a dedicated student advisor, and your peers. It also opens up great opportunities for networking with other students.
As you complete the course, you can access two types of support.
Level 1
For day-to-day, week-to-week guidance, simple questions and advice, your dedicated student advisor will be available 5 days a week via email, Skype or phone. Your student advisor will be available to discuss and guide you through the course as you complete it.
Level 2
When you have a deeper question specifically about the course subject matter or are stuck with an assignment, your student advisor can arrange a Skype session/call with one of our expert trainers that specialise in the specific subject.
No. We’ve designed our courses to be highly flexible and fully online. However, as you complete your course, you have extensive support available at your fingertips to ensure you have all the guidance you need.
Students typically complete courses in around 12 months, however depending on your schedule, you can complete it faster or slower. It really depends on how much time you allocate each week to your studies.
There are a few options for course payment. Through the federal government’s VET FEE-HELP loan program, the cost of your course can be covered. You pay nothing until you start earning $54,126 per year, then you just make repayments directly to the Australian Taxation Office. Check your eligibility instantly by clicking here. Our Certificate IV in Leadership & Management and Diploma of Leadership & Mangement courses are also subsidised by the NSW Government under Smart and Skilled for students who live in NSW.
